Updating standards for residential districts, townhomes, and cluster subdivisions
Allowing greater impervious surface in R3, R4, and MU districts specifically for townhomes

Clarifying language in all other zoning districts to improve readability without changing standards
Updating references from South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Controls (SCDHEC) to South Carolina Department of Environmental System (SCDES)
